This company specializes in dog and pony shows. I have never called them without being transferred at least twice. My latest call required me to speak to FIVE different people. If you do business with this company, expect to be handed around like an unwanted piece of trash.nnIf your 401k is through this company, they seem to be fairly reasonable, but as soon as you open an account directly with them, you will find yourself having to jump through hoops and wait on hold for several minutes before being sent to the wrong department several times.nnI'm not happy with my experience with this company.
