Let me start by saying , I did my due diligence before choosing an attorney for my wife and I to finally go forward with a living trust. I wanted someone local in Claremont and someone who was very experienced and knowledgeable with great references. Hands down Chris Scarcella had remarkable references. It’s not something you do without making sure you have 100% confidence and trust when you decide to finalize your life for your family. After meeting Chris and his staff, my wife and I immediately felt confident and comfortable. We did speak to 3 other law firms before deciding on estate planning attorneys. I was taken back by Chris Scarcella’s caring and patience. We had so many questions. For me it was a very personal experience that left me feeling extremely satisfied and at peace that my family is going to be taken care of and all options to protect their inheritance is well thought out and protected.
