Very responsive and attentive staff, at the time of negotiating service price was told that a flat fee was going to be charged. At the date of signing documents to finalize the process I was asked to pay more than the "flat fee". Not much more, but more none the less. While working with the firm I wasn't informed regarding the price getting higher and that was the only disappointing occurrence.
