As an observer and supporter of my daughter's efforts to obtain a divorce and fair child support and visitation schedule against difficult odds and relentless opposition, I witnessed a very high level of professional competence coupled with the ability to relate to the client's problems with understanding and empathy. I am writing this review on behalf of my friend who wanted to leave a review for Farzad, but wanted to stay anonymous at the same time.nnFarzad was very friendly and welcoming upon meeting him. I had a family issue that needed consultation, and he was very informative about my options and the possible costs that would come with hiring him. Ultimately, he was very detailed in explaining all my options and after the consultation was over, he told me how much his retainer was and that his honest opinion was not to hire him (because he saw that as the best option). He also ended up refunding my consultation fee, which he absolutely did not need to do, but was very nice of him. I would definitely recommend seeing Farzad for any family issues, as he is informative and honest.

I searched for about 4 months and talked to a lot of attorneys for my case to get custody of my 14 year old daughter. Finally I talked to Robert 3 times before I said yes to taking my case. I have had a lot of bad experiences with attorneys going up against my ex-husbands attorney. I was very scared that it would turn out like it has in the past with my case getting dismissed.nnRobert and Matthew reassured me that they knew how to fight for my daughter and I. I felt very assured and comfortable. This case that was supposed to be very easy considering my daughters age and her persisting she wanted to live with me, turned into a long drawn out and very expensive ordeal (not Matthews fault at all). He became invested which by the way, I knew was very hard on him. He tried to get the opposing counsel to settle and agree on custody because for my daughter, things were getting worse mentally and emotionally for her. He tried very hard to end all of it for my daughters sake. That meant a whole lot to me. The outcome of my case was when we finally went to trial, Matthew and the opposing attorney talked to the judge. Matthew concentrated on what was in the best interest for my daughter because opposing counsel was making it about me. I was very proud and impressed with how hard he fought to keep it about my daughter. I ended up with custody because my ex-husband decided not to put our daughter through anymore of it. Matthew was very sympathetic towards my ex because the decision that he made was in no way an easy one. I was very impressed with how he handled everything and I gained a lot of respect for him as an attorney and a person throughout this whole process. Matthew is a really great man and attorney. He made me very proud. I certainly could not have done this without him. I am very grateful and I will miss him.n

Words cannot express the gratitude I have for Robert and his staff. I contacted Robert via email around 1:30am out of desperation and I received a phone call same day.
