great service. dont know why people dont like the service. pay every quarter. cheaper than my last co. usally you have to pay a big down payment . not here at least i dont have bill for 3 months

E&O way over priced. They re-enrolled me without contacting me and it was a hassle to finally get my refund. Would advise looking around the market before pulling the trigger.

Horrible! All I want to do is ask a couple questions about submitting a claim and there is not one person there right now that can give an answer. By the way this was after being transferred several times. Now I have to wait for someone who may or may not call me back and leave my client hanging. I will be shopping as soon as this is over with.

Wish I could give zero stars, in a service based profession, I have not experienced a single vendor with as poor a response rate as CalSurance. Been an E&O client for years, will be taking our business elsewhere at renewal time.
