He didn't show up for court. Been waiting for almost 3 months for a settlement check and 401k. Tried multiple times to contact him and he will jot return my calls, texts or emails.

We hired this lawyer to handle a estate of my brother in law Nov 2017. To date and many unanswered calls the estate is not closed paid to much inheritance tax. He owes me a balance of 418 dollars for doing alot of the work myself. 1/10/2020 I'm still cleaning up the mess .
