Great folks !nI initially was skeptical of these people - but if you work with them you will do good.nCheck them out, and you will see.nAlso, the popcorn is quite good in the customer waiting area !
I bought a 2018 Heartland Prowler in February of 2018 I've had numerous of issues with it and tried to make appointment for service called Lakewood left messages no one has given me a call back I have also called Camping World of Bridgeport same situation no one calls me back here it is September only been able to take the camper out once and had issues with it been trying to make an appointment for the last 3 months no one's called me back left messages after messages very disappointed
On Tuesday, May 15th, we purchased a new 2018 Thor Challenger 37KT from Camping World of Indianapolis. We immediately noted some issues with the Challenger that were fixed, however over the past 2 weeks we have discovered some major issues with the motor home. We quickly noticed that our largest slide-out was having major issues and that several parts of the linoleum floor was coming up. When I did research on the Thor Challenger 37KT, as Thor advertises, the linoleum floor is supposed to be one entire piece of flooring so that over time it doesn't come up and it also keeps moisture from getting through to the vital sub-floor of the coach. It wasn't until after we drove the RV off the lot that we noticed that this motor home has a some pieces of linoleum that are patched (or replaced), so small sections of the floor were cut up and replaced with new sections. This is unacceptable and unfortunately, there is no way to fix this because the entire coach is built on top of this floor. As far as the slide-out goes, I am being told that the estimated repair time on that is 2-3 weeks and we will be without the coach the entire time because they "don't feel like taking the fascia off the slide-outs to determine the problem and then put it back together while the parts on order". They simply want to take it apart and then leave it apart the whole time the parts are on order. This is an issue because we are currently vacationing in Arizona for a few months. There are also at least 11 other issues with the coach that have been noted and are also awaiting repairs.nFinally after a few weeks out slide out issue was addressed by Camping World of Flagstaff, however we're told that it will likely break again and they can't fix it, that Thor will need to at their factory in Indiana. During their repair attempt at Camping World, they punctured several holes in the ceiling, messed up the wall and busted the door frame to our bathroom. nI opened a email ticket with Camping World but had no resolution that way either. All around, a very poorly organized company that doesn't give a hoot about their customers, just getting their money.nTake a look at the reviews, and for each Camping World as well, they're all pretty much less than 4 stars.
I won't apply for a job with you all again. This is the second time and this time you all go through a recruiting company to hire someone in a department that you decide one week into the hiring process that you want to drain of funds. I see how important the liberal arts are to your company as far as Graphic Design and legit Advertising goes. These past reviews speak more than your words ever will and so does your companies actions. As someone who's previously lived in Illinois and now lives near your Kentucky headquarters I am disgusted with your company so far.
I will never speak or use Camping world again. We went to the Davenport IA to look at new and used campers. Sales person was very nice, then it went south from there. Finance department was rude & incompetent. They badgered us for an hour about an extended warranty. The Finance MGR ended up yelling at us first because we wouldn't buy it. Then we had to use their finance to get the 1500 rebate. Once that was over we went to leave and the anti-sway system THEY INSTALLED fell off on the way home. It took DAYS to have them rectify the problem. NUMEROUS phone calls and when u call u only get voicemails all the time. Now they didn't complete our financial paperwork. AVOID them at all costs. professionalism is void. I even left a msg for the general manager and have NOT received a call. I wouldn't trust them to service or anything. Oh and we also used the website and spent over 200 dollars and STILL had to pay shipping. HMMMM any order over 39.00 for members is free...... another LIE. Run away, save your money and sanity. And after reading other reviews on here it looks like even contacting corporate would be a lost cause.
