8 months after closing, we still do not have a clear title to our manufactured home, we paid in full. Lack of follow through & failure to find a timely solution & being nice only takes you so far and it is still ongoing, I still have to make calls to find out it is still stalled out and not corrected, they don't even make a call to provide updates. I strongly recommend using any other escrow company. Do not use The Kraft Law Group for your title work.

Their escrow side of the company is terrible! They delayed the process, they didn't schedule our singing in advance and ended up causing a multiple day delay on closing for our new home. Communication was non existent. They clearly don't know the process!
