Very disappointed in the follow-up.......Actually, little follow-up....Your words are only as good as your deeds...and when you tell a client that you'll do something and it doesn't get done..........Cappello & Linden's credibility declines.............It's a small community...and while a good word travels, a bad word travels faster!
