I met Diane 3 years ago through a trusted neighbor and friend who had used her services in the past and were convinced that she is the best attorney in all of Bucks County. I was going through a divorce at the time and was unhappy with the attorney that I had at that time. I chose to take my neighbor's advice and when the previous attorney came to me for more money, I told them I was unhappy and changing counsel. I then promptly hired Diane. I was so pleased in her performance that I also released the attorney that I had handling an automobile accident that I was injured as a passenger in and turned that over to her as well. She handled both cases like the seasoned professional that she is. Through her I was able to negotiate a fair and reasonable settlement with my ex and her attorney (in my opinion being very unreasonable people), and reach a fair and reasonable settlement with the the insurance company of the other driver who hit us in the automobile accident. She Is now our "family attorney" and someone who I consider a personal friend. I trust her to protect me and my family in times of need.

Retained Diane for custody of my son and after a long 4 year battle she got in ONE appearance what a couldn't get done in 4 YEARS ! I see these bad reviews but I honestly don't know how any of these could be real because she did AN AMAZING JOB TODAY AND IM BEYOND HAPPY FOR HER AND WHAT SHE DID !

Do not give her your money up front. Does not return calls and lies about what she has filed. You can check what is filed on the court public website. Extremely unprofessional.

Has left me to fend for myself... which brings into question, "Why get an attorney?" No communication after numerous attempts to contact her

Unprofessional... All she wants is the money...friends had an appt she couldn't keep cause she was getting furniture delivered....its sad when furniture is more important than the welfare of children...
