John Delvecchio and his staff have made living in Cortland a horrible experience. Him and his staff use their connections in local government to intimidate and silence his tenants that just want our apartments to be clean and livable. He refuses to hire local liCENSED contractors to work on plumbing or electrical. This man is a joke and a notorious slumlord among working families in Cortland.
