Carl A Coapman

Carl was our lawyer 1st for a will and power of attorney ppw. He next represented us for the sale of our house in the area. He is a very personable and down to earth kind of guy. Very smart and knowledgeable in what he does. He answered all our questions in terms we could understand. When we were confused on a couple things he was easily able the explain so we could understand.

I am always pleased with the job Mr. Chapman does for me. I've used his counsel on three house sales/buys in the past 13 years. He knows his stuff and gets the job done quickly. I will be using his assistance again next year when I sell my current home!
