His information was thorough; his presentation was understandable; our options were clearly presented; he checked often to assure our understanding; and he was and has available and responsive in his replies to queries about our plan. As a practitioner, he is approachable; he communicates well in writing and in oral presentation; and he provides a wealth of additional information through pre-prepared explanations on a variety of topics that relate to your plan. Overall, I feel I have been and continue to be very well served.
