I've recently visited the fine people at Pearson Butler Attorneys in American Fork. WOW!!! This group of professionals made my day. Not only are they considerate but really understanding of my problem.

I had case couple years ago. Felt like writting this now that I have been dealing with probation for it. I had got an attorney from here, he was a nice guy but didn't want fight and was scared to try an make something happen I felt like. I had the opposite party on my side, no evidence what so ever. Before obtaining the attorney we had prosecutor tell us already he was going to give me a misdemeanor class A instead of felony. So I obtained an attorney. I wanted to take it as far as I had to go with the case being that I shouldn't have ever been convicted of anything. He didn't want to even go to preliminary hearing. He waived it and was scared to proceed past that! So I took the same deal that I was already originally going to receive without him if I would've represented myself..I was very disappointed after paying a lot of money!! There was no work done I felt it was easy miney felt like he had got me good deal when the deal was already issued before had he didn't know I had known that. He didn't have to do any work. He didn't want to do any, of he could avoid something then he would. I felt like I had been working with a public defender in a way. Just thought I'd share cause till this day I should not be going through what I am currently if he would have done what he said he would do.

Jeff and his team helped my daughter after her accident, after seeing what they did for her I have been kicking myself that I did not get their help after my own accident. Very responsive and professional. Thanks to Pearson Butler for all that they do.
