It speaks for itself definitely 1 star capable establishment! Absolutely unprofessional, condescending, rude, and incapable of providing any support that you would expect an attorney’s office to provide. I do believe most of their customers are attained through legal shield. They are in cahoots together. Absolutely no Attorney client provisions far as the law required. Their only customers has to be via legal shield. Look at their reviews they are an awful Attorney ‘s office. If they were reliable and capable, they wouldn’t have to be recognized and seek customers via legal shield, which is another questionable organization as well.

I was connected with them through Legalshield. Pretty sure they actually just don’t want anymore clients, maybe they’re already overbooked or something, but they were impossible to get ahold of. Only could contact them when they called you which they would do during the middle of the workday with no advance warning. I asked them an immigration question and after a week all I received was a link to the US government page about it. Asked for some pricing information about the cost of further services but they wouldn’t give me any indication of how much it might cost. Not willing to write a blank check to a firm like that. Take your business elsewhere.

This is the worset lawyer office. The never have an lawyer available when you get a lawyer the never contact you. You have to contact them. For legal shield to be part with then both of them look bad. I just going cancel legal shield all together.

I thought Virginia laws (regarding family law) were outdated; two of the family law attorneys I spoke to at this firm didn’t even know what ethical non-monogamy was. My conversations with them were very disappointing. Mia Benson has been great so far.

I was a client for my divorce, through Legal Shield. It is nearly impossible to get a phone call returned. They'll email days later but will not pick up the phone no matter how many times you call and email begging for someone to actually speak to you. I've been working on my divorce paperwork since October 2023. I've spoken to my actual attorney only twice. I'm currently on the phone trying to yet again get someone to actually talk to me. Since no one bothered to talk to me before sending off the final paperwork there are errors on it. Hopefully this won't hold things up further but I won't know because no one will talk to me. I would not recommend this firm at all. Update: I spent more than 20 minutes on hold just to be hung up on. It is now after 5pm so I cannot get through to anyone else.
