Call Janet resnick law offices after they told me they had my final distribution in my aunt's estate, when I try to call 20 to 30 x all I get is voicemail and no return phone calls. If you are using this attorney for your estate I would actually be willing to show you all the mistakes and a shambles that that this law firm had made. I am not an attorney but I would be more than happy to show you the sloppy and professional work just lawfirm had done I'm two estates in my family I'm willing to bring them and show you. Not justa review I'm willing to point out why you shouldn't use this form or if you are in a court-appointed situation that you might want to get rid of this law firm. You can either try to contact beyond reviews or you can leave any mail address, I'd be happy to help before you make a mistake and use this firm. You don't want to go through what i and my family did. Janet Resnick truly does live off the ashes of the Dead don't ever use this attorney you will be sorry very sorry. During the two estates handled by my family Janet frequently I tried to push things in court that were clearly against the law it would make me question whether she is actually an experienced attorney. But frequently in court she would try to push things that were against the law evidently she doesn't know the law or keep up with it or just doesn't care. Only in it for the money doesn't really care about the people she represents.

Very untrustworthy...very disrespectful to clients.. A client was moved from a group home to a NH..patient was alert, just unable to walk.. JR took her personal belongings & threw them into the dumpster...among other items, rosary, beautiful small handbags & pictures.. We went into the dumpster to retrieve her items & get them to the client...

One day before my mother's place where I was residing was cleaned out I received no notice from Janet resnick which according to my brother she allowed him and his friends to go in and steal my things don't know how many things I lost and I don't know how legal it is but I really feel ripped off. And I don't feel comfortable being hung up by a lawyer who's handling my mother's estate. not to mention I am disabled and I wished to hire people to move things but she gave no notice and all she did was drop dumpsters in the front yard and gave me no time to hire somebody to help me with my things. Which resulted in additional pain and suffering and a back injury in addition to my other disabilities. This is my review and my personal opinion. By the way because she was handling a special needs trust for me Janet Resnik knew I was disabled

I typically do not share my opinions publicly. However, in this case in my opinion, Attorney Janet Resick is not to be trusted. It is all about the money and she is not professional and ethical, in my opinion and experience with her only.

Untrustworthy. Paid for a job and when I called to check on information. They don't keep archived files and the lawyers was extremely rude and short. Lawyer lied and said she did not complete any paperwork.
