After meeting with Phil Castrovinci for my consultation, I knew I hired the right man for the job. He had my back every step of the way & put my mind at ease during a very difficult time in my life. His partner, Mathew Mady is equally good, I highly recommend them. Very friendly courteous staff. Valerie ,Sharon, Dianne were very helpful as well, I can't thank you enough! You get what you pay for. Look no further, these are the attorneys to call.

Listen to these one star reviews, trust me. Zero stars should be an option. Phil Castrovinci was incompetent and under prepared for my custody/adjust child support trial. I witnessed Phil get humiliated by a far superior attorney. Not only did it cost me $30,000 for the same result if I had represented myself, I was forced to pay the OPPOSING lawyer $7,500 due to Phil’s negligence. The Judge wrote us saying, “Defendant (my ex) included a Statement of Net Worth for the Court’s consideration, which gave a more comprehensive picture of the Defendant’s financial circumstances. Plaintiff (me) did not include a Statement of Net Worth which limited the Court’s examination of his financial circumstances. Accordingly, the Court shall award of counsel fees in the sum of $7.500.00 payable by Plaintiff to Defendant.” Not only was I refused custody of my 14 year old son, who was begging to live with me, I was somehow forced to pay over $10,000 in ‘retro’ child support when I had paid, in full and on time, what I was required to by law up until the trial. I watched my ex and her lawyer commit perjury by telling lies, under oath. I had, in my hands, proof they were lying and Phil’s response was, “It doesn’t matter”. You’d think someone who just got annihilated in court would want to present evidence of perjury. As stated by other reviewers, you’ll be promised the moon and don’t hold your breath waiting for return calls/e-mails. If you should be fortunate enough to get a response, expect direct questions to be dodged. Hire at your own risk. You’ll quickly see his only concern is getting paid. He will not have your best interest in mind. A previous 5-star reviewer, Danny, coincidentally has the last name of Debbie, who is a lawyer there. Don’t trust these glowing reviews!!!

If your getting a divorce in Suffolk county and don't use this attorney. Huge mistake. I sat in a court room, went to trial, witnessed a lot. Phil castrovinci is incredible and the people in his office, amazing. Sharon, Valerie, Diane took such good care of me. There aren't enough words that can describe my gratitude. I was charged fairly . They understand me and what I was going thru. True professionals.

I was a client of Matthew Mady, he is cocky, arrogant and condescending to you, the client. He promises the world to you and delivers nothing close. My ex-wife's attorney made him look like a fool in court time and time again. Multiple attorneys I have consulted with have said he screwed my case up, unfortunately it is too late to rectify. The only thing worse than dealing with Matt is dealing with his staff who cares even less about the outcome of your case. The divorce process is hard enough, find yourself a good law firm, this is not one of them.

This office is THE WORST! If you want to have a horrible divorce and make it last for years these are the people to call. There is NOTHING that they do nicely or with any consideration. You will not have an easy time and you will not be happy and you will be out of money. You can ask any attorney that has had to deal with him Phil Castrovinci,I don't know Mady but just by association, he is not good, their fee is double and they don't like him. The judges do not like him. He is not wanted in several judges courtrooms because of his conduct. Its easy to check this out.
