Pursue The Exceptional...yeah pursue the exceptional elsewhere.! Reason for BAL is GARBAGE and TOXIC. Please do invest your time with another company where you will actually have a future. This place is full of clowns and I am so glad to say I'm no longer part of this circus. And if you just got hired from this place my advise to you proceed with CAUTION and RUN. Their management skills is very poor one example Production Manager STACY WILLS is one of the worst managers I've come across in my entire career. She suffers from narcissism, plays favorites, goes missing when there is work to be done. Seems unavailable when problems arise, lack of vision, manipulates and hires younger crowds, tolerates mediocrity. Doesn't communicate with her team, almost universally this is viewed as one of the worst things a manager can be or do. Assigns work load to the roof you work harder she stacks more work to you feeling ignored and unappreciated. And worst of all she thinks she's doing a fine job. By far they have the worst managers and it's one of the worst immigration corporate law firms in town!!

I left BAL because I am human and not a machine! I wouldn't recommend this place to even a person desperate for a job. Enough said! There was no work/life balance. Sadly, people got into this job because either this was the only job they could get at the time. There is NO future here!
