Mr. Russell was advanced a fixed fee for a performance-based service. After 3 months there was no apparent progress. I questioned his caliber as everything came up blank? He's been consistently rude and arrogant and then lied to explain his conduct and poor service instead of working amicably. His ego prevailed and he withdrew from important legal services because he would have to admit he was wrong. I then read on the internet that The Hartford Courant recommended he be disbarred for obstructing justice years ago for smashing a hard drive containing 2000 images of young boys on behalf of a client and the church who employed him. Even the presiding Federal District Court Judge who presided over Mr. Russell’s case was appalled by his blatant disregard for such an honorable profession. Further, reading how this man got his license back is equally shocking.
