I'm writing this to let new homeowners know to beware when dealing with Dan Lerche from this firm. I closed on my house on 1/19 and our home warranty company (America's Preferred Home Warranty) still has not been paid the funds that were allocated in our closing costs to activate our account with them. We've been trying to contact him through email and then through phone several times and are still doing so today. I was able to get him on the phone a few weeks ago and he attempted to work on this for one day but I haven't heard anything since! While this firm is taking their time working on getting this done, our dryer is broken, we have some leaks from our tub that need attention but we can't even have it looked at under warranty because they haven't paid yet. Besides this situation, upon closing they forgot papers in the closing packet that needed to be signed and pressed me about getting them signed and sent off when they should have been in the closing packet to begin with. If I didn't have a great realtor and loan officer, the experience would have been horrible all around. If you can, pick another firm or request that Dan is not working on your property closing, I promise you will be disappointed.

This has been one of the worst experiences working with Dan Lerche... I don’t know how this place is still in business with this guy working there. I called for a simple form to be generated and all I got was the runaround from this guy. Email after email I asked questions with no response. When I called he would not take answer the phone. When someone else answered they would say he was busy. This process went on for a few months for one simple piece of paper. Finally, I switched to a different attorney and it was done in 2 days. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE OR AT LEAST DAN. If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that instead of the one.

I am not happy with my lawyer in this office. I have paid $2800 since 2015 and my case still haven't gone to court yet. This case started at another law firm and transferred to this law firm with my lawyer. My phone calls are never returned and I am very unhappy. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone I know!

We recently had the displeasure of working with this office on a closing. The staff could not be bothered to do their jobs after 3pm for the day and forget about trying to close on a Friday. Unresponsive via email or phone this place is a nightmare. I would suggest looking elsewhere.
