I would have given more stars UNTIL....Well just got off the phone with a Tara? I called to seek legal advice honestly not knowing exactly what I needed? However, the previous young ladies I spoke with were nice and professional which I totally appreciate and THANK YOU for your patience and empathy to what I was seeking!U0001f60aWhich brought me to write this review! While speaking with Tara I was explaining the situation on what I needed services for and as she was "listening" the turn of the conversation went when she ABRUPTLY AND RUDELY said, "Well what are you seeking legal action or advice for?" I had to catch myself because it was 1, TOTALLY UNEXPECTED Her response!! and 2, HER TONE!! Then she said, "Well it sounds to me that situation has been rectified when there's people that are out here having real medical problems or issues!! Something to that effect but simply HOW RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL IS THAT!?? Needless to say I cut the conversation short myself, told her thank you for your time and never mind!! She said okay and hung the phone up, slamming it!! I've worked in customer service for YEARS before working in the factory now and the last thing I have to say is that I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE to this Law office to strictly avoid her! Ms./Mrs.Tara! I will not EVER seek legal advice for anything in this area NOR surrounding areas! This experience left me feeling like I did something when I simply did nothing but made a phone call!! I DID NOT ASK for her "personal opinion" or "what she thought"! What a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

I wasn't sure if anyone would help me with my case but they explained things every step of the way. They treated me with respect, as if they had known me personally. I'll be happy that all of the bills from the accident will be paid off. Call Boyk Law Office and they can help you!
