Were dishonest in their abilities to handle complicated end of life care. They took our retainer no problem and accomplished absolutely nothing with it. After our retainer was used up, on NOTHING, we had to go with other lawyers in Palm Beach Gardens. Zero legal process, improvements, and anything had been accomplished by their practice. Charles Ray and his firm are frauds, liars, incompetent, and knew they couldn't help us when they signed us on. Disgusting practice, especially taking advantage of persons as they're dying. They should be ashamed.

Attorney Ray was extremely professional but also personable and easy to talk to. He gave excellent legal advice for a reasonable fee.

The people are great helpful ,kind,are very nice to customers and get the order right a big plus
