Do not hire this firm! I hired them back in January and it's been nothing but disappointment! When you call you never get to speak to your lawyer or paralegal, you just have to leave a message and hope they even call you back. My case is still not final and not sure when it will be! Don't waste your time on a law firm that does not care about you or your case!

Please USE someone else.n I had a case against Bud light and let's just say Charles came out on top!!!nOne day you will call and your case will be sold to some other lawyer and YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY HIM TOO!!! nPLEASE GO TO SOMEONE ELSE!!!

Never in my life have I been so disappointed. I've called every week and always talk to attorney assistant or something, then does not return phone calls. I've spoken to an attorney 1 time and that was to tell me that they have agreed upon a settlement, and that the check will be mailed. A week later I called and yet again "waiting on the check, it's in the mail". Nearly 3 weeks later, still the same thing, no return call, left several messages. The wreck happened last year! I will never use them again and nor will I recommend them to anyone.

Great communication and always willing to go above and beyond not only for their clients, but for others as well. My family is in the "other" category and we will forever be grateful for everything this business has done for us! With their help we have had some amazing opportunities and created memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!!!
