Gavin was hired to do a commercial property for me , we went to our 1st meeting un prepared , the twp was not shy in letting him know , after the meeting I gave a second chance , he assured me with his connections with Kelly land surveyors and Lukoff engineering we would make next meeting , 5 DAYS BEFORE THE MEETING , plans were not done , Gavin did not pass out 25 letters to the surrounding neighbors . I had paid Gavin 1500 dollars up front , and I was dumb enough to pay him another $500 after fouled meeting as I liked him wanted to give him a second chance , After the second foul up I fired Gavin and asked for only $500 back , which I though was fair considering his foul ups , He refused and gave me a bunch of crap . Stay Away .
