Charlotte was kind but that only goes so far in legal matters with strict timeframes. I drove an hour away to her office for the first meeting. After waiting for an extended period without her arriving, I questioned the receptionist. I then spoke to Charlotte on the phone and she gave me an ETA and I decided to continue waiting. We met and Charlotte listened to me and I felt supported. She gave me notes of information I needed to gather for her and stressed my deadline to me. I spent days gathering this information and emailed it without reply. Eventually, we met again in person. Charlotte printed out papers about a previous case for me to help me gather what she needed. She informed me during this meeting she would be taking my case. She requested that I provide her with a simplified account of events, referring to myself as the plaintiff. I took many days to gather this information and sent it via email weeks before the date that Charlotte gave me. On August 17 I sent this document. I never received a response via email or any other contact. I assumed she was busy working on my case. Nearing the deadline for filing, I contacted the office on October 12. The receptionist said she would check and get back to me. Instead of receiving a call, I later received an email stating that Charlotte is not taking my case. Due to this, I missed a crucial deadline that cannot be extended and loss the right to sue. This has really negatively impacted me and I recommend finding legal counsel elsewhere.

Charlotte and Robin and her entire team are amazing. The hardest working group of people who genuinely care about their clients.

Charlotte is an excellent attorney! She fought hard for me and won my case. I would not hesitate a minute referring her to anyone. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will call her.

Charlotte is great, she is very informative and seems to genuinely care about you as a person when you visit with questions... I truly believe that she is a trustworthy counsel...
