I think that this is a top firm. However, they were "too busy" to take my little (for them, not me) $20k case. Their slow or non-existent communication regarding my requests for information and help was, in my judgment, unprofessional. I am sure that if you have a case with significant damages (and fee for them), they are a good firm to use. But at least in my case the small amount they would earn did not seem to be enough to get their attention. They could at least have told me that to start with and not caused me to waste weeks of time.
I can't thank Brandon Newlands at Charlson, Bredehoft & Cohen enough for the excellent work he did on my case. Not only do I appreciate the positive outcome but his approach in explaining the details, general reassurance and the way he helped me assess options made me confident that I was in good hands through a tough period. I highly recommend CBC and Brandon in particular.
Doesn't fully understand civil procedure and is not well informed on the legal process. Would recommend going to another firm that can provide more adequate representation
