This woman was by far the worst thing that could have happened to this high conflict abusive situation. He has NO idea when it comes to actual abuse with actual evidence and DOES NOT follow any state statutes whatsoever. If you are in a domestic abuse situation … RUN RUN RUN. she will side with the abuse and further create more legal abuse. She was very rude. Claimed she knows what’s best. Honey. You haven’t practiced in court in 20 year!!!! DO NOT USE this woman or consider a SENE in an abuse situation. It’s a joke and gives abuser more. Eva if you see this you should just quiet for the sake of families and you should be ashamed of yourself. I would love to see you do conparenting with a narcissist ????????????????

Mediation from Dana was poorly prepared and lacked general professionalism. Promises of actions to be taken were ignored. Dana had clearly not reviewed our case. The office did not respond to claims and corrections to basic documentation. If this was any service industry I would expect a refund and correction for damages. If a chef is sick they are expected to stay home... idk if Dana had an excuse or not for her poor performance but I would have preferred she called in sick.

Hired Dana to help with a divorce resolution. The result was in my favor but she did not consider any of the case facts and my ex-husband disputed it. The county acknowledged trouble with this firm and had us do it again with a reputable provider. The new results are more troubling but at least it's over now. Over $12,000 down the drain.

Eva is a very privileged woman who makes decisions through that lens. In the process of determining school placement for my child, she did not take into account the impact her decision would have on both parents. Her decision placed ALL transportation and related cost on me, leaving my very wealthy ex husband with zero responsibility and increased convenience. Because of her lack of equitable distribution, I have no choice but to sell my home and move closer to the district she placed my child in for the next 6 years.

My dispute with ex-husband landed me in the hands of Eva for a 6 month period at the recommendation of my attorney. The communication was lacking and in the end the decision read as though she never heard a word that I said, or my children. She made my children (ages 15 and 11) feel as though their opinion would be patiently listened to and then ignored. After spending a great deal of money we all remain frustrated. Even worse she ordered therapy (and there is no end in sight) giving all control to her self-selected therapist. No options whatsoever! It doesn't matter if I can't afford it, it doesn't matter if we are all completely inconvenienced, this continues. I am not a fan of the PC arrangement and would avoid ever going through a situation which essentially hands control of my family to a PC. Avoid it if you can.
