Scott M. Choate, Lawyer

Honestly if I could rate a zero, I would. He does not return clients voicemails. Business phone was disconnected without notice. Said he would come visit client in the jail multiple different times and did not show up. Scott does not advocate for his client’s the way a lawyer should. Shows up to CPS meetings with holes in his clothes and is late frequently. Does represent you in the way you feel he should tells you that you don’t have a chance. He was told for months his client did not want to give up rights to his daughter and that he was wanted him to seek a continued guardianship in which he would not purse. Then when you demand him to he waits till the 8 pm the before trial to start making calls to the guardian. Ultimately client had parental rights terminated due to Mr. Choate’s negligence.

I ve been doing all the stuff court and cps ask he s suppose to show up to my court dates on aug 1st 2017 he don't show they terminate my right I BEEN DOING EVERTHING YALL TO FIGHT FOR CUSTODY OF MY TWO BOYS WHO MOM LOST THEM DUE TO DRUGS .. I JUST WANNA STEP UP AND GET THEM. THIS DUDE TEXT ME SAYING IF I COULD PHOTO IT ID SHOW U ..... scottt ..... I got 85 cases dude can't help 85 people in a CRISIS . FIRST PERSON I AM EVER GONNA SUE I MAY LOSE BUT THIS SUCKS
