As soon as I called Christines I may have had to leave a voicemail but Lisa was always there to answer the phone or return calls. From the beginning Lisa and Connie would answer all my questions via phone or email. Christines office gave me the most comforting vibe. This last year has been a long one but Christine, Lisa and Connie have made it super easy and convienent. I never had issues receiving dates for hearings or papers to get signed. nChristine is extremely knowledgeable and has been wonderful with my case. nIf I ever need them again, which in my case, I just may. Straight, honest and to the point when the conversation was going to cost either one of us time or money, open and friendly when it wasn't. Her staff is helpful and they led me though every step with clarity. I know they can't save everyone money, but they did for me and all they did for me helped make this difficult time bearable. Going through a separation or divorce is never easy, and when it is unexpected makes it even more difficult, either way most people are just trying to cope with a significant life changing event. The circumstance that I was in, like every case, is different from that of others, however, I found myself doing what anyone reading this is doing and that is trying to find an attorney that could help. Howard office was a completely different experience, with the person answering the phone, Lisa, taking the time to talk to me, without any pressure, she was helpfully and made everything as clear as she could from the outset, which made the decision to set-up an appointment that much easier. From the first call, through meeting with Christine and working with her and her team throughout the process, has been like that first call, a different experience. Different from other attorneys I have worked with and from what I have heard from others that have been through this and how their experience differed. There was no quote by the hour, no "plus expenses," rather the rate was set to do a job that was clearly outlined from the start. Christine and her team did that job with a level of professionalism, understanding of differing needs, a willingness to explain questions and concerns, and always quick to respond to emails or calls, all of these things have become a rarity in any profession. These factors combined to make for different experience that made a really difficult situation easier on everyone concerned. I could go on, but needless to say, I highly recommend Christine M. When selecting a divorce attorney I read a lot of online reviews. I selected Christine based on her stellar reviews online. I was very impressed with Christine and her staff from the first meeting. Christine gave me solid advice throughout the process (even when it was not what I wanted to hear). She was diligent in her guidance throughout the process and lead me down the right path from day one. She did not sugar coat anything for me which I appreciated. My personal pet peeve is not being able to communicate in a timely fashion which seems to be pretty normal for some attorneys around the area. I have to say the communication was great! I always got a call or email back in a timely manner. The staff there is very friendly and always willing to help if they can. I cannot say enough good things about Christine Howard and her staff (Lisa Harris & Connie Woods).
