Chris Tomlinson is personable, thorough and well respected. He’s a solo act so don’t expect instant replies but his rates are fair and he makes every effort to keep costs reasonable. He was recommended to my family by three different people and we haven’t once regretted the decision to hire him.

The man clearly doesn't do his research before harassing people. Perhaps he should contact the correct parties (ie: lenders and manufacturers) instead of taking the word of his clients as to who owns the property in question, whether or not it is actually in collections or being demanded upon. Because filing frivolous suits against rightful owners is a sure fire way to get yourself sanctioned.
