I called this office yesterday and Neary answered. Apparently they can't afford a receptionist or secretary? Why is the lawyer answering the phone. The connection was poor and I couldn't hear him well enough and asked him to repeat his name. He stated, "I'M GONNA SAY IT ONE MORE TIME AND IF YOU CAN'T GET IT, THEN I'M HANGING UP!" Mind you this is supposed to be a grown man in a professional field. The amount of anger and immaturity was immeasurable. nnThen I got transferred to Jennifer O'Brien. She was even worse. I was calling for a simple request, to get a copy of my father's will since my stepmother had a massive stroke which has left her paralyzed and unable to speak and he assigned me as the executor of his estate. This girl (because she doesn't deserve to be called a woman with her immaturity) actually yelled at me and eventually hung up in my face. nnPeople like this should not be able to practice law or work in any public sector. Their behavior is criminal and ugly and down right evil. I will be reporting them to the California board.
