I was hit from behind at high speed. This firm enabled me to get immediate and long term medical care while my settlement was in the works. They expeditiously received my medical Bill's, my paralegal Bryant was professional and courteous and they fought hard to get me the best settlement possible!

They do not deserve even one star! Run as fast as you can away, especially if you are divorcing due to domestic violence. I was treated worse by this firm than my narcissistic ex. Brandy Austin is not able to work due to serious medical issues as I was told by Claudia Harris and other staff and she seems to not be over seeing ANY of her staff who proved to me to be incompetent and seem to be straight out of college knowing nothing about filing a divorce. I was told Brandy is not to be contacted for anything due to her health issues. Basically it seemed like I was a guinea pig for college students and new employees! The turn over is awful! If your experience is anything like mine You will not have the same attorney who started your case finish your case. The attorney you start with will not be knowledgeable of the divorce process and will leave you high and dry before your case is completed. A new attorney will come in and take zero responsibility for all the troubles you have experienced due to the last attorney’s incompetence. They simply do not seem to care about their clientele at all. This was my experience. They did not file my decree properly and I am living in a financial nightmare because of their incompetence! I felt bullied by the staff. They never completed my case. They do not explain any of the processes nor what to expect going through this stressful time. Please don’t submit yourself to this situation. You deserve better. Look at Brandy’s reply! The narcissist always projects their own behavior onto their supply. In my experience The clients at this firm are the Narcissist’s (ie the lawyers) supply who will bully you if you advocate for yourself and falsely accuse you. This is a cunning tactic. You can see it here! RUN! I was going through hell and they made it worse.

At first I wasn't sure if I would be able to afford an attorney, but I called and inquired about payment plans. The guy on the phone, Hunter I believe it was, was reliable and trustworthy. He let me know that Brandy Austin Firm does, in fact, have a new (and improved) payment plan. I'm so happy because it saved me. You can't swing a dead cat and hit 5 or 6 law firms to represent you. In the end you'll have no idea how reputable they are and how you'll come out in the end. To save you from doing that I recommend Brandy Austin's firm for trustworthy straightforward representation. You'll be satisfied with their outcome but also their personal attention to your case.

I went by Brandy's office first as a Chamber or Commerce event. I liked the people and the place so much I came back to have them handle a couple of legal issues! From the start the staff was friendly and warm and I got in to my consultation a few minutes early.
