Chuck Marshall

Reviews

I participated in online auction with Chuck Marshall. You have to go through auction time website to bid. Make sure you're signed up with auction time early if you want to participate. You will have to call them after you sign up to get approved. That takes a couple hours to accomplish. Don't wait till the last minute or you're going to be disappointed. I won the items I was looking at and was pleased with what I got. I kind of knew that because you can go down to Chuck Marshall just about any day Monday through Saturday and look at what you're bidding on, so there are no surprises. Picked up my items the following day and met smiling faces, friendly people and quick, efficient service. There was plenty of people in the lot driving equipment that will help you load anything, and I mean anything! I will definitely be participating in the future.
Inspect all items on-site. The auction description is NOT correct. 4 wheeler had bad shift fork in the transmission. Auction listing said runs and shifts great.
ZERO response to bidder questions via Proxibid. If it's not in the lot description, or the very limited pictures, "what you see, is what you get". CLIENTS/SELLERS: likely losing money, for lack of information provided to online bidders. ONLINE BIDDERS: if you need information that isn't in the pictures or description, your attention may be better placed elsewhere.
One they don’t even look at the bids on line first because I was bidding on line and at the auction and one peace of equipment was a 900 but they started it off at 5 also we put a bid in on a truck in person and the guy looked at us but did not take the bid
