Not responsive/ very difficult to get updates of late !!! Have scheduled phone sessions and updates from staff with no response for over 10 days !!! Covid is always convenient excuse !!!

I called and wrote and they never called back. If this is how they do business, then why would I hire them! Poor customer service!
