Terrible staff that don't care about your situations. Especially the officer that do the naturalization tests, really rude and aggressive.

All the employees were very nice and polite to me. From the entrance security guards all the way to the biometric staff. Yes you do have to pay in cash for the parking, very decent price compared to any parking garage/place on downtown Seattle.

Completely useless. Everyone needs to get fired immediately. A rock is more knowledgeable and helpful than the staff

Rude staff with unprofessional demeanor. You would think the workers are empathetic being where they work but heard a person tell an old lady that she needs to learn English. What kind of attitude is that? nnParking is a rip off. It's like they get you with the parking fee and then slap you with their insults. nnWould rate 0 stars if possible.
