God awful attorneys. They don’t EVER answer the phones. They don’t ever communicate what it is they’re working on, which is super important when you have a loved one sitting in jail. I could’ve hired a fry cook at Wendy’s and he would have done a better job representing us. No effort whatsoever and if there is any they aren’t communicating it and it’s so frustrating when you don’t know what’s going to happen to your loved one. Absolutely would not recommend this firm.

Called for two weeks straight to make a change to my title, the front desk answers but once you get transferred no one picks up the phone. Wouldn’t recommend using these people
