I regretfully used Tim Flynn for a serious misdemeanor reckless driving and police brutality. throughout the trial and after I questioned his honesty, I questioned his integrity, I questioned his ethics. I don't like him and I don't trust him. First He solicits me at my place of employment which is an ethical bar violation (at a liquor store). He tells me he's an employee of the court. (A bar violation) The judges husband was also an attorney close to his office so I was convinced of a fake trial. With Tims negligence in skipping my consultation and waving my jury trial without speaking to me (another bar violation). Lying to me when I told him I don't feel comfortable with the bench trial about him having a connection personal friends with the prosecutor & judge that was non-existent. I with held testimony because of this With Tim skipping my consultation(another bar violation) one thing that got me in trouble at trial was Tim asked the officer if I was given a breathalyzer the officer said no and Tim said it was policy. I admit I talked out of turn and said that I was giving it and I tried to explain that after the officer threatens me wrote the ticket and left I was given 1 but before I could finish Tim Flynn told me to shut up and open Court. (Case should have been dismissed as the arresting officer wasn't present) Tim getting nasty with me when I wouldn't plea bargain after me convinced trial was going to be fake/arranged for several months. Tim also told me the officer said I was a explicit punk via telephone at the pre trial to the prosecutor and not to offer a deal. so at trial I was hot I admit I incited violence as a condition to get Tim Flynn to continue in efforts to get Tim to resign I made it perfectly clear his choice was he fake trial, a jury trial, or I didn't care if Tim spent the rest of his life in prison. I told Tim Flynn he was to get me restitution and the officer doesn't get his Pension Plan guaranteed regardless of what he has to do if he wishes to continue (which was out of my character and two wrongs don't make a right) Tim Flynn responded "fine" and ushered me in the courtroom. I should have sued Tim but I didn't and their is a limited deadline. He will call me a liar and say this review is fake and will try to report this and get it deleted that's why he has so many good reviews because all the bad ones he usually gets deleted. He will Threaten to call the police on you and Sue for slander. I never been mistreated by anyone more then Tim Flynn in my entire life. This place might be okay if you want McDonald's service but other than that hire someone else. I even witnessed him shake the hands with the very same officer who threatened me just before trial that said "you don't have a car at your mom's car and if I ever see you again he will arrest me"! Tim Flynn is a clown show who doesn't care about my well being and forced me to lie under oath. Didn't explain I was going to be cross examination and didn't ask me about the officer leaving the scean and the arresting officer not being present in court. I was a fool believing the case was going to be won by Tims threats and intimidation to the judge and prosecutor rather then the facts of the case itself, Tim Flynn made it difficult me being 21 and vulnerable to separate fact from fiction! The judge committed adultry and their were aligations they covered up a murder and I didn't care for her I voted her down in two elections myself. Without Tim Flynns representation I would have never agreed to this bench trial not with her! I tried explaining this to probation Dept this only angered them and they revoked my probation and put me in jail. Tim Flynn never gave me one red cent and now to get a new trial I have to pull together 5k. Notice Tim when he responds he doesn't address his misconduct!
