This organization is top notch. I have never worked for a company who put so much into their employees. I learned so much doing orientation. I have worked in the medical field over 25 years but working for this organization takes you to another level. A+

Medical practices provided excellent medical care until they were taken over by BayCare, and then patient experience and clinical care plummeted. It seems that corporate pressures and profits took precedence over the previous high standards of care.

We just love Baycare. Integrity and dignity are practiced throughout all of their hospitals

Not happy with this company. I was sent to collections without being notified and speaking with customer service, they did not resolve anything nor could they give me a satisfactory answer. They wouldn't even work with me!!! Instead I am having to figure out how to pay for my medical bills. Not professional!

Had surgery with Dr. Small at BayCare (Mease/Countryside, Safety Harbor) & it was probably one of THE best, if not THE best, experiences I've had.....and it was the 3rd surgery in just 18mos for me (the other 2 were in Georgia). Everyone I encountered for the whole experience was super friendly & professional....& willing to go that extra bit to make sure I was OK through it all!! Definitely my choice for healthcare going forward!!
