Very unorganized law firm. Hired them for eviction for my rental property and was told couldn't do eviction have to do rejectment. So basically he took my money and didn't do anything for me. Hired another lawyer and he got the job done. This was a very stressful time in my life going though an eviction and he did nothing but take my money and never returned phone calls. I would not recommend this law firm to anyone!

Worst title company I’ve ever dealt with. I’m a realtor and my buyers had to use them to close their NACA loan and the entire process was terrible. Closing coordinators were disrespectful and did not communicate regarding closing and asked me to lie to the seller regarding the timeline so they didn’t look bad which I refused to do. Never sent out final ALTA/HUD prior to close after assuring us there were no mistakes, and of course, there were mistakes and we had to resign after closing. These reviews are legit, this is bad business

Terrible experience working with Cloud Willis & Ellis. They took my case to recover real estate two years ago and over the course of these two years it's been nearly impossible to obtain status or get any response from them. I can't even speak to anyone there including my assigned attorney because they don't answer phones nor do they respond to emails despite me sending numerous looking for updates. They even took money from me to pay county taxes but then didn't pay them, but never communicated any of that nor have they returned any money to me. I recommend looking elsewhere.

I hired them to collect debt from a tenant who owed me money. They sent automated e-mails showing they collected the money. The problem is when I contacted them about when I will be receiving a check in the mail, they haven't returned my phone calls. So far, their automated e-mails have shown the money is collected, but they haven't remitted the money to me. Their communication is very poor with returning phone calls and e-mails.

Very professional group that does a great job in a difficult field. Experience has shown me that they are as effective as anyone in accomplishing the task with absolutely ZERO complaints. Brian, Hunter and the whole crew responded to my needs in a timely fashion. Would recommend without a doubt!
