Many months ago they lost a check however the money came out of my account. The person I talked to was rude so I said I would be considering my options. In the dead of winter he said he would schedule my tank to be picked up in retaliation. Two years I’ve never missed a payment and they made me pay prior to having my tank filled again to hold me over until summer. Even then I considered staying with them due to the hospitality of the Zanesville, OH office however, they sent a letter notifying me that my tank would be picked up in ten days. It’s 30 degrees today and I have three daughters in my house but my tank is being taken. This company could care less about the individual customer and will gladly take heat from a household. I had no idea my tank would be taken.
Delivery of our new tank was professional and on time. Could not ask for better service! Zach was great!
This company is terrible. (If I could give 0 stars I would.) My last delivery was over a week late without so much as a sorry. Today I called for a quote on price and get one price. Called back for an order minutes later and was given a higher price... then was told by one person that it was b/c I don't own my tank (it is a co-alliance tank) then told by the original person that that was wrong and its b/c they quote "keep full" prices and not a simple per gallon price. Inept or simply deceitful...either way I will be very glad when I can rid myself of this company's services.

Been a customer for about 5 years and could not ask for a better propane supplier. Love our driver and always have a good experience with the office gals.
