If you're wondering where darkness is born, this firm is a dangerous nebula for it. A dishonest, immature, and reprehensible group of individuals. I hired Cobb Law to write and send a simple demand letter to a local contractor's attorney suing me for a few contract disagreements. They literally copy and pasted all of the statutes and Consumer Protection violations that I sent them. It was verbatim what another lawyer had put together for me and when I asked if they were going to actually do their own research and make the letter a little "stronger" in argument, a couple of the ladies there got very offended to the point of texting me childish messages full of 'lol' etc. Talking to them on the phone was just as painful. During my consultation with these chicken hawks, it was made clear that they would file a countersuit if the letter fell of deaf ears from the Plaintiff. Well, it did and NO ONE communicated anything with me the entire time. Four business days before my court date, James in his despicable posture and demeanor, had the temerity to act like he was too busy to take the case and said he'd call the opposing party. What? Call them and follow up a few days prior when they clearly ignored you? Go figure, I never heard back on that genius idea either and then they refused to actually get on the phone and claimed via email (James doesn't have the spine to talk to a person) they never agreed to take my case further than the demand letter. Laughable because it's actually stated in the letter that they would and we discussed it during our consult. They left me with no defense or representation with three business days left!! The bottom line here was that they got their feelings hurt about the letter, are lazy, and very sad individuals that have no heart. Should I be surprised in this area of opulence, self exaltation, and darkness that others would put me in such a situation with no chance of finding new representation that close to court? No, unfortunately not. But you can mark these guys off your list for sure.

Cobb Law is amazing! My family had very complicated estate issues that arose out of a parent's passing. Whereas other places had issues resolving it, James Cobb and all of his staff worked so well with my mom and I. They are so respectful, kind, understanding, and smart. It is very apparent that they have a calling to help others. We could not more highly recommend James and his staff for any legal need!!!
