Calling him an attorney is an ever-deepening insult- to an already slimy profession of charlatans masquerading as a force of balance. His arrogance is palpable. ATTY Coggins (acting as a Magistrate) refused to allow me to represent myself pro se and join my wife's defense of common interests (WI Community Property Law dictates these shared interests) thru a Motion to Intervene- BUT allowed creditors attorney to question us both regarding WI shared-property and income to potentially satisfy a judgement to a vulture creditor who has apparently successfully extended a judgement against a disabled person for a 2nd time w/o us ever even knowing it was occurring! I would offer zero stars if the option was available. Shame on you, SIR. You're perfect for Marinette/Heroinette, WI: a shit attorney for a turned-to-shit city.
