I called Dianna Cole to assist with guardianship for my adult sister who has mental health issues. Yes, she completed a consultation with me and I paid her. She gave me information for two agencies I could contact for assistance. I did so and they could not help me. I again reached out to Dianna to inform her that they could not help me. I updated her on the situation and asked her if I had a case and I also told her I could pay for her services. It should be noted she previously told me if she filed the guardianship paperwork she would charge me $900, hence why I offered to at for her services. She Never emailed me back or followed up with me.

Not responsive. My girl hired her to change some things in her custody case with her ex husband. Easy win. She was lazy and didn't give much effort. From letting the other attorney change and select location for meetings to forgetting important crucial information. My girlfriend got tired of explaining the info. She did end up getting child support but she will be lazy if you let her. My girl is passive so it was a bad match I suppose. Diane was polite when it came to getting paid and then I would hear her act differently or to be quite honest, rudely.

I worked with Dianna twice. I was pleased both times and I recommend her to others.

I was going through a long and difficult period with my marriage separation and she helped me through to the divorce. Very compassionate and quick to respond to my needs.

Grateful for the attention paid to my case with a respectful attitude. Will return in the future
