I was involved in a automobile accident last year that left me with spine injuries and my truck was totaled. It was the first time I had to deal with a personal injury and felt lost. Luckily, Taylor and Jordon were able to help me through a complicated process which I couldn't have navigated without their expertise. Their communication was top notch and they helped me out getting treatment, appointments, and updates on the case so I always knew what to expect timeline wise and what I needed to do. Overall the process was very easy and stress free. They also went above and beyond with their kindness and willingness to help with all aspects of my accident, making sure I was okay, and that I got a good settlement. It's very refreshing having a team who you can trust and cares about you as a person/client. I have several things to say about Harlan PC. Firstly, this is the firm where the real person responded to me. Before that I called to about 5 law firms and got only to non-existing number or autoresponder. I had an issue with my employer and Jordon was helpful from the first second. Even with very little details he could isolate the problem. Outlined legal perspective and gave non legal advise. His words and this warm approach inspired my confidence and supported me.

This law firm does not accept cases like mine. However, Taylor the paralegal was absolutely amazing! She took time out her busy day and was most helpful. She gave me a lengthy call to explain in great detail everything I should expect now and in the long term and really put my nerves at ease. She was so knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic. What a pleasant & professional experience. We called Attorney Jordan Harlan while dealing with deep grief from the wrongful death of our father. Our father was killed in a hit & run as a pedestrian, while he was crossing the street. The man was caught a few days later and has since been out on bail. We did not know what to do or how to navigate the issues being brought to us by the driver's insurance company. Though researching and understanding up-front that based on the driver's limited coverage, our case would not likely produce a worthwile settlement, Jordan still walked with us until the end, guiding us to the best possible outcomes, based on the circumstances.
