I am client of SETH ROYSTER of Cooper, Spong & Davis, P. C. I found him to be very knowledgeable and he cared about me as a person. He was very transparent in his dealings with me and explained everything in a way that I can understand. Mr. ROYSTER is licensed in Virginia and North Carolina which was very helpful because I have properties and business dealings in both states. I found Mr. ROYSTER to be very ethical and will definitely recommend him to family and friends should they need legal advice.
I WOULDN'T recommend this firm to anyone preferably my experience with SETH ROYSTER. This has been the worst experience EVER. I initially went to him to seek legal advice/assistance for my real estate property. The leasing agreement was supposed to be sent to me before I moved to another state but was mailed to me after a couple of days which means I'll have to drive back to my hometown for my tenant to sign the leasing agreement. If you want things done professionally and ethically, I will advise you to go to another firm.
