This "law firm" is truly uncaring, truly unskilled and completely unashamed of doing a very bad job for the most vulnerable clients out there. You will get no help, they will take your money and offer you no apologies. While they seem like the only ones who will help, they in fact will harm your case and harm your kids. Hopefully some justice comes to this firm in time, they will not provide any justice for their clients. They should be ashamed but are not. That will tell you everything.
