I did something I was not expecting, to be sued for breach of contract and when that happened for the first time in my life I panicked and didn't know what to do. It was a stressful time and when I started looking who can help me it was equally daunting and overwhelming. I came across Cornerstone Law Firm and was impressed with the reviews so I called them and glad I did. Attorney Benjamin Lewis was very upfront with me of what to expect about my case. The Plaintiff withdrew the case against me before the first hearing. There wasn't any detail or explanation about the withdrawal but it was such a relief! Cornerstone Law Firm even refunded me more than half of my retainer. I was not expecting that at all. I wouldn’t recommend this service. If I could give zero stars, I would. I called about a week ago, and the person who answered said they would get back to me regarding whether an attorney would take my case. I didn’t hear back, so I had to follow up. During my second call, I was told that I would need to pay a $150 consultation fee just to find out if an attorney would be interested in my case. In my opinion, it’s best to look for an attorney elsewhere. P.S. Cornerstone, please do not reach out or comment on this post asking me to contact you further. I recognize that it’s just a tactic to make my review seem less valid.

After trying to assist my father with my grandmother's estate after her passing, we hit some barriers and needed legal assistance.
