Bill padders. They say they handle complex things but that’s really language for overlooking the obvious. Do yourself a favor and find a different firm.

Thought their bill for $3500 was quite high for setting up a SOLE OWNERSHIP LLC in NY State. Original quote was $1k-$2k and internet search indicates that that is the typical cost for the least complicated of LLC, one I could have set up myself for a few hundred dollars. Was wondering what other firms would have charged?
