As we entered our "Golden Years", Mr. Coulson assisted us (wife and myself) in setting up the entire slate of needed documents: wills, medical directives, revocable trusts, etc. Frankly, we should have done these years ago, but he and his staff made this a pain-free process, guiding us on what documents we needed for them to proceed. Much was done by phone and email, but the final signing ceremony was done at the convenient office location. The firm gave us hard copies ( a very thick binder) of everything we had accomplished, as well as pdf files for key documents like the medical directives one needs to give doctors and hospitals. Highly recommended.
