Beware if you have a "small job"--he'll happily take your money but then not deliver! I paid $323 to have my son's name added to the title of my home (only later learned that it only costs $23 to file the form with the county to do this!), and then, despite numerous visits to the office & phone calls, all brusquely brushed off, was unable to obtain the original of the title for nearly a year--it was finally sent the day after I called & requested a refund, since they had never delivered the title. I originally bought my home through "For Sale By Owner", brokered by this firm, and was supposed to have received the title from them then, but NEVER did (didn't realize at that time that I was supposed to). For me, an unemployed widow, $323 is not trivial, but it seems that to them it's too small an amount to bother to make good on.
